Ho creato una cartella MEPT_JT in cui ci sono alcune foto
e prove al riguardo .
Eccezionale veramente , per chi non ha fretta !
Questo e' un riferimento in inglese sulla rete:

In case you have not heard, K1JT of WSJT fame, has created a new
FSK mode for low power beacon use. The announcement can be
read here:
http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/MEPT_Announcement.TXT
MEPT_JT is NOT a QSO mode - It is mainly for experimentation
with propagation, similar to QRSS, especially with QRP and QRPP. This
is a very
narrow and slow speed FSK mode which does not take much power
to be effective.
I, and several others around the world, are presently running MEPT_JT
on
USB window frequency of 10.1386 mhz. In my case, I have a 1550 hz
offset. My station is presently running 5w output power. I've been
heard all across the country with excellent signals.
This is an automatic beacon mode, so if you run unattended on HF, make
sure you are in the segment of the band where that is legal. So far we
have been hanging just inside of the bottom end of the
various "automatic"
segments.
I am excited about MEPT_JT and hope to eventually put a signal on 10m
and 6m, and maybe even 2m. It won't take much power so I am sure it
will
be effective on those bands if there is any glint of propagation.
Check out MEPT_JT at the link given above. I'm sure you will be
surprised
about how much one can do with so little :)
Best regards,
Gary, K7EK
