What i have not understood is ...When it is written: Ask...and if
you have sign ...remove...But if i am not able to have a sign to
each question have i to remove anything any way?

The long answer:

am understanding you correctly.) When you are checking all the
pathologies in all the bodies, you come across something that you
feel (Using logic) should be in that body. For example, you have
athlete's foot and you know there should be fungus somewhere...

You get a 'No' to the question of being in the body.

There are even times that you ask "If I had ________ would I be able
to test for it?" Meaning, that the pathology itself is preventing
you from being able to test for it.
