NON UTILIZZATE LE VERSIONI BETA PER PROGETTI A CUI TENETE, ma solo se
desiderate partecipare ai test!!!

The changes since version 4.11r09 are:

  - Fixed going into click&drag mode for off-grid objects with coarse grid.
  - Changed the plausibility confirm message in the Design Rules for better
    clarity.
  - Fixed handling right mouse button during MOVE of a group (group was dropped
    when rotating it). Problem has been introduced in version 4.11r07.
  - Added missing German translations in the Options/Directories dialog.
  - Increased the width of the Options/Directories dialog.
  - Sometimes under Windows a click on a push button was not recognized when
    the mouse button was released while moving the mouse pointer away from the
    push button (problem was originally solved in version 4.02r1, but the
    fix was missing since version 4.11r04).
  - Changed the default values for "miter radius" to some typical grid values.
