1) choose the accommodation option: basically which kind of hotel you want to stay at and which kind of room you want to sleep in.

the present message and send it back to me.

c) Deadlines----------------------------------------------------
A) After MARCH 18TH
(i.e.: we don't get your receipt by this day):
-any payment will be penalised at a rate of 10% of each single player's fee.
-a player withdrawing from the tournament will
receive a refund of 75% of the player's fee paid.
-any player can be replaced by another one without
losing any money after proper communication of the names of
the two persons involved.

d) Important Details--------------------------------------------
*Very important*: each option includes also 10 "food&drink" tickets [each
ticket is worth 1.1 Euro]. With these tickets you can get food
(pasta, rice salads, cakes, etc.) and drinks at the fields.
These tickets are *not* refundable, whereas
those on sale on the Beach will be refunded in case you won't use them.
A single excel spreadsheet can be used to register more people (i.e. more names can be put on a single spreadsheet): this is highly recommended if these people want to stay in the same room/hotel. In this case, payments can be made either all together or separately. But it is absolutely important that we receive a clear note (email with paypal and Western Union, fax with bank wire) for each single payment. Just indicate on the spreadsheet which method of payment each person chooses
As already stated, all will be managed on a "first come, first served" basis.
So if you're late in paying, you might not get exactly what you asked for.

room and squeeze as many people as you want into it

We are responsible for the hotels towards you, but

every year we have problems: frisbee players don't have a very good
reputation among the Rimini hotels and this is not good for Paganello and
frisbee in general. Please *respect* the hotels!!
