Glossary---------------------------
accommodation option (also indicated simply as 'accommodation'):
the package including everything and referring to a specific hotel category

player's fee: the amount of money each player has to pay according
to the accommodation option he/she chooses

5-day package: the package including 5 nights and 5 parties (Thu thru Mon)

4-day package: the package including 4 nights and 4 only (Thu thru Sun]

no accommodation option: the package including everything except for
the hotel and the breakfasts and food ticket.

non-player (guest): a person who pays and gets everything the players get, but who does not play

 extra night: a night not included in the 5 nights of the 5-day package.
You can reserve these nights (before and/or after Paga) through us, but you have to pay them to the hotel directly.
Important: the Mon-Tue night is not an extra-night.
You get this night, by choosing the 5-day package (which also includes a 5th party that people not getting this package will have to pay).

b) Basic Steps---------------------------
You can choose among 6 (six) accommodation options/packages, which differ for the quality of the breakfast and of the hotel only.

1) choose the option you prefer, i.e. basically the kind of hotel
Three different options/packages are available:
a) no accommodation package
b) 4-day package (ordinary option)
c) 5-day package


2) fill in the excel file (reservations.xls) that you find attached to
the present message and send it back to us (elisa.brandi@...).

3) pay all the players fees by March 31st
by transferring the money onto the bank account mentioned at item j)

4) fax us the receipt of the payment by March 31st
to confirm you transferred the money, stating clearly
your  name and any other information for
understanding which payment the fax is referring to.
Fax number available at item j).
You can also email us the jpg of the receipt.

Please note that your reservations become definitive only when
we get your fax-receipt: no receipt, no reservation.
It is the payment that counts, not the simple excel sheet.
Everything will be managed on a "first come, first served" basis.


c) Deadlines----------------------------------------------------
A) After March 31st
(i.e.: we don't get your receipt by this day):

-any payment will be penalized at a rate of 10% of each single player's fee.
-a player withdrawing from the tournament will receive a refund of 75% of the player's fee paid.
-any player can be replaced by another one without losing any money after proper communication of the names of the two persons involved.

B) After April 7th
(i.e.: if we don't get your receipt by this day):

-any payment (including those made at the tournament) will be
penalized at a rate of 30% of each single player's fee
-we cannot guarantee to arrange accommodation anymore.
-a player withdrawing from the tournament will
receive a refund of 30% of the player's fee paid.
In case this player has to drop out because of an injury,
she/he will receive a refund of 50% of the player's fee paid.
-it is not possible anymore to replace a player with another one.


Important Details--------------------------------------------
Freestyle option DONT includes "food&drink" tickets [each ticket is worth 1.4 Euro].

 Reservations will be accepted from the contact-person (thanks again!) only.

 We would be very grateful to you if you could pay all at once.
This will make things easier for both you and us.
If making one single payment is either too complicated or/and
too expensive (e.g. you would have to collect money of
people from different places), you can make different bank transactions,
provided that we get a clear fax for each single transaction.
But the excel file containing all your names and accommodation details
must be one and one only! [see also item i)]

Single rooms cost about 20% more (according to
which specific hotel you want to stay) and are *very few*.
If you need a single room, please ask us before making the reservation

You can also specify which kind of room you want to
sleep in (double, 3-bed, 4-bed, single).
[you don't need to specify who wants to sleep with whom, but only (optional) the number of double/triple/etc. rooms you need]
Double room means a room with a matrimonial bed.
As general indication, the more multiple rooms (triples and quadruples) you need,
(i.e. the less rooms you need for a given number of people), the more are the chances to stay in the requested hotel.
Of course, a quadruple room is not as comfortable as a double.

We cannot guarantee these specific requests will be satisfied, but we will do our best!
The sooner you pay, the more are your chances to get exactly what you want.

The hotels in Italy are not similar to American ones (example) where you can book a room and squeeze as many people as you want into it
The hotels count how many people enter each room.
You pay for the people, not for the rooms.

Hotels falling under the same option are not exactly the same, but
the differences are very slight.

The four nights included in each accommodation option are:

1) Thu (April 13th)-Fri
2) Fri-Sat
3) Sat-Sun
4) Sun-Mon (April 17th)

The fifth night included in the 5-day package is the Mon-Tue night

On Monday night a big, last, farewell, got-nothing-to-lose 5th party is scheduled (included in the 5-day package) for
the five-in-a-row people!

Each option includes:

- fee to play Freestyle International Competition> (9th Acrobatic Paganello)
 
-4 days of top Fun, pure Sport, endless Spirit

-4 Parties: Huge Welcoming Beach-Party on Thursday Night featuring:
      Beach-Music, Beach-Dancing, Beach-Shows,
      Grilled Fish ('Saraghina'), 'Bruschetta',
      Volcanic Spaghetti 'aglio&olio', local Red Red Wine,
      Moon Swimming, Sweet Love and much more.
      (spaghetti, fish and wine are all included in the fee)
      More Parties on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (at the Beach and in disco)

-4 Nights in hotel (players will have the chance to choose from 1-star 'till 4-star)

-4 Breakfasts (except for the Fiore option: see below)

-all facilities at the Beach (free water on the fields, email, first aid, food&drink point, merchandising tent, nursery, stands, event area, scorekeepers, daily newsletter, tournament magazine, etc.)
 
-1 Paga-Gift by Gaia Ultimate

-< -attending the World's Greatest Party

The 5-day package also includes a 5th night, a 5th breakfast and a 5th party

>From about mid-March until the end of April, the weather in Rimini is
very changeable, so it can be cold at the end of April and hot one month before or vice versa.
So, as usual, if you don't want to run any risk, a hotel with heating is recommended.


We are trying to find a very basic hotel, but this is very difficult.
This option (beds in hotel rooms, sleeping bag, hot water, without heating and without breakfast) would be about 160 Euro

This option is 45 Euro.

The cost of the 5-day package (5 parties) for the no-accommodation option is 50 Euro

There is no discount for people arriving late and/or leaving earlier and no discount for
people not attending the parties (sorry, honestly it is too complicated to handle this issue)


Extended Paganello (5-day package) and Extra Nights--------------------
The 5-day package includes everything the ordinary 4-day package includes plus a fifth night (Mon-Tue) and a fifth party (Mon).

We can arrange your accommodation also in case you want to arrive before the tournament and/or leave on Wed.
We can reserve these extra-nights for you, but you have to pay them to the hotel directly
The Mon-Tue night is not an extra-night. You can get this night by choosing the 5-day package.
