Standard per la gestione dei documenti d'archivio
Pubblicata la norma UNI ISO 15489-1 "Gestione dei documenti d'archivio".
Lo standard ISO 15489 costituisce ormai da tempo un fondamentale riferimento nel contesto internazionale per lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di sistemi documentali fondati su strategie e principi condivisi, oltre che coerenti con le istanze di qualità promosse dagli standard ISO 9001 e ISO 14001.
Anche il Consiglio internazionale degli archivi (ICA) ha riconosciuto il valore del modello proposto dalla norma internazionale e l'UNI ha pertanto assunto l'iniziativa della sua traduzione al fine di agevolarne la diffusione e trasformare il documento ISO in uno strumento concreto per la progettazione, realizzazione e valutazione di un sistema di gestione documentale. La traduzione è stata curata dalla sottocommissione UNI competente (SC11 - Gestione dei documenti d'archivio).
La norma UNI ISO 15489-1 è disponibile in formato cartaceo o digitale e può essere ordinata online sul sito dell'UNI: <http://www.uni.com>.
A breve sarà pubblicato anche il rapporto tecnico UNI ISO 15489-2 che integra, con le linee guida, i principi esposti nel 15489-1.
