ENBIS invites presentations from a wide range of applications: industry, manufacturing, administration, marketing, sales, risk management, logistics and service. Contributions about in-novative applications that have made an impact on the overall success of the respective business or industry are especially welcomed. Practitioners from industry and business are invited to present their experiences, problems and current solutions. This year we have decided to have both contributed paper sessions and invited paper sessions. The topics for the invited paper sessions are:- Six-Sigma in Healthcare

Deadline for abstract submission is April 30, 2009. Acceptance of papers will be notified no later than May 31, 2009. Full papers to go onto the CD should be submitted before August 24, 2009.

Contributors can choose the format of their contribution. Either they can choose to present their work in an oral presentation or they can opt for a poster presentation. Oral presentations will generally be 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions.Awards
Best oral and best poster presentations will be awarded with prizes from the conference sponsors.Special issue of Quality and Reliability Engineering International (QREI)
A special issue of QREI featuring selected papers from the conference has been scheduled.
Conference Language
The official language for all conference contributions is English. No translation facilities will be available.
