Eccovi alcune utili informazioni riguardanti il Festival.

Check-in:
Aspettiamo tutti i partecipanti presso il Summit Roma Hotel,
via della stazione aurelia 99, http://www.srh.it per il
check-in giorno venerdi 16 giugno tra le ore 15:00 e 18:00

La presentazione del festival è prevista per le 18:00
mentre la prima lezione è prevista per le 18:30 ....quindi siate puntuali !!!

Al momento del check-in vi verrà consegnato un foglio con il programma delle
lezioni che dovrete seguire

Pagamento alloggio in Hotel:
Per chi pernotta in hotel
Vi ricordiamo che anche il pagamento della quota per il pernottamento in hotel
dovrà essere fatto al check-in desk del Tangocamp ed in contanti.
L'hotel non è munito di bacomat quindi munitevi di cash ... grazie !!!


Pasti in hotel:
L'hotel ha due ristoranti ed un bar (nei pressi della milonga) sempre aperto,
ed un bar nei pressi della piscina all'aperto (portate il costume !!!)

Al momento del check-in vi consegneremo un foglio
ed alcune informazioni utili per la prenotazione dei pasti in albergo.


Predisposizione "Spogliatoi" :
L'hotel non è dotato di spogliatoi ma saranno messe a disposizione dei
partecipanti (per esempio per i romani che non vogliono tornare a casa e
preferiscono cenare o pranzare in hotel) due stanze da utilizzare come
spogliatoi con tanto di docce.


Raggiungere l'Hotel dal centro di Roma:
Può risultare un po difficile raggiungere l'hotel dal centro di Roma:
Prendete la via Aurelia ed all'altezza del centro commercial Panorma (appena
prima del centro commerciale) prendete il cavalcavia che vi pemette di invertire
il senso di marcia. Li trovate le indicazioni per il Summit.

Staff:
Oltre me Pino e Natalie avremo uno staff di 7 persone che potranno esservi
utili in hotel per richieste ed informazioni.

Da questo momento in poi vi devo chiedere di contattarmi direttamente al
telefono e non inviare emails se avete ulteriori domande e richieste urgenti da
fare, perchè potrei non rispondervi in tempo... grazie !

Check-in:

All the partecipants should check-in at the Summit Roma Hotel,
via della stazione aurelia 99, http://www.srh.it per il
check-in on friday 16th of june from 15:00 to 18:00

The festival presentation will be at 18:00
and the first lesson will be at 18:30 ....therefore come in time !!!

At the check-in you will get a file with your program and timetable of the
lessons


Payment of the hotel accomodation:
Payment of the hotel accomodation
should be made cash at the Tangocamp check-in desk

Lunches and dinners at the hotel:
L'hotel has two restuarant a bar close
to the milonga and a a boar close to the pool.
At the check-in you will get a further file with instructions on how to book
your luch or dinner at the restaurants

Facility rooms :
For those who will not sleep at the hotel but still want to spend the whole
day there, we have arranged 2 rooms where you can change your clothes and
eventually have a shower.

How to reach the l'Hotel from the Roma center:
Take the Aurelia street and just before the commercial center Panorama
take the flyover and follows the indications for Summit hotel

Staff:
Together with me, Pino, Natalie we will have a staff of 7 people at the hotel
whom you can contact for further assistance and informations.

From now on, i might ask you to contact me for informations or urgent requests
only by telephone. If you send emails it will be very difficult for me to
answer in time... thank you !!!
